Jacqueline Shirk

Jacqueline D. Shirk, 54, of Independence, MO entered into Glory on September 28, 2009 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 a.m. with a service to follow at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 2, at Fairmount Christian Church, 641 S. Ash, Independence, MO. Jacki was born November 22, 1954 in Austin, TX to David and Helen (Cox) Plumbley. She is survived by her loving son, Benjamin Harrison Smith (Royanna); her parents; one sister, Kathryn Steffan (Steve); two brothers, Steven Plumbley (Cathie) and Scott Plumbley (Roxanna); two grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Haven, who were the light of Jacki’s life; three nieces; one nephew; and many, many friends.
