Maxine Shockey, 81, of Independence, Mo passed away November 23, 2005. Visitation will be from 1-2:00 pm Friday Nov 25 at Speaks Suburban Chapel followed by Graveside Service at 2:30 p.m. in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Maxine was born on Jul 4, 1924 in Kansas City, MO She had been a Secretary with KU Med Center for many years. Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, Harold in 1985. She is survived by a nephew and niece, Phil and Shelia Painter of Kansas City, MO
