Harvey L. Sidebottom, Jr., 43, Independence, MO passed away Saturday, May 9, 2009 at Truman Medical Center West.
Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, May 14, 2009 at Carson Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave. Independence, MO. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Cancer Action, 4010 S. Lynn Ct. Independence, MO 64055.
Harvey was born March 9, 1966 in Kansas City, MO the son of Harvey L, Sr. and Betty (Alexander) Sidebottom. He was a graduate of Fort Osage High School and worked for Theatrical Stage Local 31 as a stagehand.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Betty Sidebottom of Independence; sister, Brenda Savoie; half sisters, Deborah Swearingen and Gail Todd; half brothers, Danny and Duane Sidebottom and numerous nieces and nephews.
