Charles Mitchell Singleteary

Charles Mitchell Singleteary made his transition on Monday, April 13, 2015. Mr. Singleteary, a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, served as the former Center Director for Job Corps in Excelsior Springs and St. Louis, Missouri. He was a member of the St. James United Methodist Church where he sang with Master Men’s Choir. He leaves a wife, Karla Singleteary, a son, Charles Mitchell Singleteary, II (Madison), a daughter Brittany Singleteary, a grandson, Dominick Singleteary, four granddaughters, Karli Singleteary, Olivia Singleteary, Angel Betancourt, and Kameron Nevels, three brothers, Benjamin, Stephen, and Ronald Singleteary, a sister Carrian Singleteary Rose, a cousin Carl Smith, nieces, nephews and many friends. A memorial service will held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the St. James United Methodist Church, 5540 Wayne Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64110. In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made to the Church in honor of Mr. Singleteary.
