Rose was born July 29, 1948 in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from Center High School. She enjoyed writing poetry, fishing and camping. She was a very witty and fun-loving person.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents John and Marie Etiopia. She is survived by her son Scott Wooten, Plattsburg, MO; sisters Bonnie Batarse and husband Carl, Kingsville, MO; Mary West and husband Jerry, Lee’s Summit, MO; and grandson Dakota John Wooten.
