Tranquilino V. Soria, 73, Independence, MO passed away May 11, 2010. Services will be 10 am, Friday, May 14, 2010 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; cremation. Visitation will be 6 – 8 pm, Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Tranquilino was born March 28, 1937 in Pangasinan, The Phillipines. He owned his own farm until he and his wife came to the U.S.A. in 1997. He was a fan of basketball and boxing - especially Manny Pacquiao.
Tranquilino is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Victoria Soria; daughters Analee Brown and husband Larry; Arcily Soria; son Trankly Soria, all of the home; sons Freddie Soria; Ronald Soria; Diony Soria, all of The Phillipines; sister Gloria Ayson, Galt, CA; and ten grandchildren.
