Opal Spahr, 96, passed away March 25, 2015, at Foxwood Springs.
Services will be Monday, March 30, 2015, at 2:00pm, at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the chapel. Interment will follow service at Floral Hills Cemetery.
Opal was born on July 10, 1918, in Bates City, MO. She retired from Federal Reserve Bank in KCMO. Her husband, William, preceded her in death in 2006. She leaves behind her nephew, Eugene Waight and wife, Esther.
Our sincere thanks to all the special people who cared for Opal at Foxwood Springs Care Center and Crossroads Hospice.
