Heather Spiva

Heather Spiva, 56, of Grain Valley, MO peacefully passed away Friday, September 17, 2010 at St. Luke’s East. Memorial Services to be scheduled at a later date. Heather was born November 3, 1953 in Independence, MO to Stanley and Thelma (Pike) Curtis. Her grandkids were the light of her life! Ms. Spiva worked for the Little Blue Valley Sewer District for 28 years. Heather was recently baptized in the LDS church along with her grandson Bryson and best friend Mike. She is survived by her daughter Misty Martin; grandkids Tabby, Bryson, Kennedee, Jansynn and Bradey; boyfriend Mike Davis; and by a host of siblings, nieces, nephews and many friends. Heather was preceded in death by her parents.
