Bob Srader

Robert Srader, 52, of Independence, MO passed away November 7, 2008 at his home. A visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial at Woodlawn Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the ALS Foundation in memory of Bob’s father. Bob was born June 30, 1956 in Kansas City, MO to Richard D. and Nova J. (Petentler) Srader. He graduated from Raytown High School and then received a degree in Business Administration from UMKC. He was a very active person, always passionate about watching and participating in various sports. Bob was preceded in death by his father, Richard D. Srader in 1974. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Nova and Bobby Carleton; one brother, John R. Srader; two sisters, Dixie L. Smalley and Terri L. Moon and her husband Jerry; step-brother, Rick Carleton; as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many other loving family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
