Frances A. Steplock, 94, Kansas City, MO died Sept. 21, 2018. Services will be 10 am, Wed. at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Interment in Atlantic, IA. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Tuesday at the chapel. Frances is survived by daughters Susan A. Craig and Frances A. Keller.
