Wanda Stevens

Wanda Amelia Stevens, 85, died of natural causes, September 30, 2007 at Sunrise Assisted Living of Des Peres, MO. She is survived by her three children Helen, Paulette, and Bill; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Wanda was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She was born in Sugar Creek, MO to Teofil and Mary Nowak. She and her husband Bill owned the Stevens Meat Market in Independence, MO for 25 years. They provided exceptional quality meat and an abundance of friendly smiles. They were always appreciative of their loyal customers. A private ceremony celebrating Wanda’s life was held Wednesday, October 3, 2007.
