Nancy Carlene Stevenson

Nancy Carlene Stevenson (Jennings) passed away on March 24th, 2015 at the age of 67. Nancy is survived by her husband Donald Ralph Stevenson of 48 years. They were married in Kansas on December 2nd, 1967. Nancy is lovingly remembered by her two children; Daughter Debra Renea & David Arney and Son Darrell Ray Stevenson; Three Grandchildren: Elisha & Justin Ramsey, Darrian Arney and Caden Arney; Three Great Grandchildren: Shyla, Garrick and Laden Ramsey all of Independence MO.; two Brothers: Mike & Kathy Jennings of Excelsior Springs MO. and Jim & Beth Jennings of VA. and one Sister: Elizabeth (Beth) & Dennis Diehl of Nevada MO. Nancy was born in Nevada, Missouri in March of 1948 to her parents Carl & Mary Jennings of Independence MO. She retired in February of 2015 from ICAN. Nancy will always be remembered as a wonderful Wife, Mother, Nana, Daughter and friend. She left us so suddenly and butterflies will remind us that she is still by our side, all our peaceful memories we will treasure until we meet again. The memorial service will be held on Friday, March 27th, 2015 at 6:00 pm at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave, Independence MO 64052.
