Zella Stevenson

Zella Anne Stevenson, 73, of Kansas City, MO, passed away, Sunday, June 21, 2009 at North Kansas City Hospital. Cremation is planned with a memorial gathering to be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Friday, June 26, 2009 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel. Zella was born March 13, 1936 in Benton County, AR to Ernest and Florence (Wolf) Cantrell. She was loving wife mother and homemaker who enjoyed crafts, animals, shopping and Avon. She was married to Harold Stevenson on March 13 1981, he survives of the home. Other survivors include; 2 daughters, Debbie Parris of Kansas City, MO and Pam Stevenson of Independence, MO; a step son, Jerry Greer and his wife Judy of Chillicothe, MO; 11 grandchildren and 23 ½ great grandchildren as well as her loving dog Lucy. She was preceded in death by a sister, Chris Sperling in 2000 and 2 daughters, Dana Hansen and Jill Lynch.
