Virginia Still

Virginia Lee Still, Independence, MO., passed away peacefully on August 29. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 31, 2009 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel with burial in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Visitation from 1:00 p.m., until service time Monday at the chapel. The family requests donations to the Eastgate Christian Church Memorial Fund. Virginia was a loving and devoted wife of 43 years to Bill Still, who preceded her in death in 1997. The mother of one son, Robert, and grandmother of Dustin, both of Royal Palm Beach, Fla., she was an aunt to 21 nieces and nephews. An avid Chiefs and Royals fan, Virginia served as a member of the Truman Medical Center-East Auxiliary and was a member of Eastgate Christian Church.
