Teresa "Teri� Stowell, 42, Bates City, MO, died Thursday, March 15, 2007, at St. Mary�s Hospital in Blue Springs. Services will be 10:00 am Saturday, March 17, at Speaks Suburban Chapel; burial in Buckner Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:30 pm Friday at the Chapel. Mrs. Stowell was born December 5, 1964, to Elvin and Deanna Starnes. She was employed at Gemaco for 10 years. She is surived by her husband, Troy Stowell, of the home; her three children, Kyle Starnes, Anthony Stowell, and Shane Stowell; granddaughter, Haley; her parents, Elvin Starnes and Deanna Fluty; sister, Missy Nance and brother, Michael Fluty; and loving niece Tasha; and many other loving relatives and friends.
