Shelly Marie Surbaugh

Shelly Marie Surbaugh, 37, Greenwood, Mo. died May 3, 2004, at St. Luke�s Hospital. Services will be 10 am, Friday, May 7, 2004, at Speaks Suburban Chapel; interment at Floral Hills East Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 7 - 8:30 pm, Thursday, at Speaks Suburban Chapel. The family suggests memorial contributions to Shelly�s Children�s College Fund. Shelly was born Oct. 14, 1966, in Wichita, Ks. She was a controller at Club 8 Furniture Co., Lenexa, Ks. She graduated with Honors from Park University and was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Kansas City Primitive Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Glen Surbaugh, and daughters, Julie & Kelly Surbaugh, all of the home; her mother, Bonnie Laurel; step-father, John W. Horinek; brother, Jim Maske; sisters Christy Barrett, Cheri Palacio, all of Wichita, KS; Heather Reeves, Leavenworth, KS; Ashley Dosda, Wichita, KS; five nieces and four nephews.
