Michael Collins Taber

Michael Taber, 55, of Lee�s Summit, MO passed away on April 10, 2007 at his home. A memorial visitation will take place from 9-10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17, at the St. Luke�s United Church of Christ, Independence, MO. The service will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Michael was employed by Acosta Sales and Marketing. He was a doting husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. Because of his love for dogs, the family asks for contributions to be made to Wayside Waifs. Michael is survived by his wife of 29 years, Kathy Taber; two sons, Jason Thompson and wife Jami of Grain Valley, and Andy Taber of Lee�s Summit, MO; one daughter, Morgan Taber of Lee�s Summit; parents, Bud and Lois Taber of Naples, FL; two sisters, Marilyn Faught of Dallas, TX and Patty Moore and husband Jeff of Lee�s Summit, MO; niece, Carly Moore of Lee�s Summit; grandchildren, Connor and Chloe Thompson of Grain Valley, MO and BreeAnn and Courtney Thompson of Matthews, NC.
