Geneva Thompson

Geneva Thompson, 88, Bentonville, AR, formerly of Independence, MO, died April 9, 2013. Services will be 2 pm, Friday, April 12 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO; interment at Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 pm before the service at the chapel. Geneva was born Jan. 13, 1925 in Paris, AR. She lived in Independence most of her life and moved to Arkansas two years ago to be close to family. She attended Sheffield Assembly of God, enjoyed working in her yard and loved her dog, Missy. Geneva was preceded in death by her husband William Marion Thompson in 1972. She is survived by her brother Ben Dale O’Neal, Kansas City, MO and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
