Robert Alan (Bob) Tignor, 50, Kansas City, MO passed away April 1, 2007 at Independence Regional Health Center. In accordance with Bob�s wishes, he was cremated. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
Bob was born Sept. 16, 1956 in Independence and was raised there, as well. He graduated from Van Horn High School in 1974. He was a self-employed neon tube bender.
Bob was preceded in death by his father, Charles H. Tignor, Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Katie Bailey; three grandchildren: Alayna, Aubriana and Harley Daniel; his mother, Mary E. Tignor; two brothers: Charles S. Tignor, Parkville, MO; and Richard R. Tignor, Overland Park, KS.
