Timothy Earl Duncan, 62, of Independence, Missouri passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 11, 2024. Tim was born on September 23, 1961 in Mecklenburg, North Carolina to Clinton Guiton and Joann Allison.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Duncan; son, Dustin Norman; twin daughters, Sherry and Kerry Duncan; daughter, Hannah Ochoa; Carol Wiltse, sister; and 11 grandchildren.
He was a man who embraced life, with a passion for sailboats and the tranquility of being out on the lake. May his spirit continue to guide us through rough waters and calm sailing ahead. Let us find solace in the memories we shared with him.
