Brent Tobin

Brent K. Tobin, 55 of Independence, MO passed away, Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at his home. Service will be 6:30 p.m., Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Birchwood Baptist Church 3883 Blue Ridge Blvd., Independence, MO 64052 with cremation to follow. Visitation will follow services at church. Brent was born July 24, 1956 in Independence, MO to Jack and Helen (Rabon) Tobin and has been a lifelong area resident. He had worked for many years as a stone mason for the Bricklayer’s and Allied Crafts Union local #15 KS/MO, as well as being a self employed stone mason. He was a member of Six Mile Baptist Church. He enjoyed his work and most of all spending time with his family. He was married to Anita (Lane) on June 25, 1977. She survives of the home. Other survivors include; 2 daughters, Trista Roberts and husband Franklin and Taylor Beller and husband Mitch of Independence, MO; a son, Trenton Tobin of Independence, MO; a brother, Bruce Tobin of Independence, MO and 6 grandchildren, Ariel, Joel, Zipporah, Emma, Eliora and Sawyer. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ronald Tobin.
