Howard Beach Troutman, 79 of Kansas City passed away Tue, Apr 24, 2007. Services will be 1:00 pm, Fri. Apr 27, 2007 at the Carson- Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave. Indep. MO. Burial in Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 ? 8:30 pm Thursday at the chapel. Mr. Troutman was born on Aug. 6, 1927 to John and Ada (Scovill) Troutman in Sedgwick, KS. He had worked in the Mechanical Dept. at Armco Steel for over 43 years. Mr. Troutman was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed traveling and camping. He was a very active member of the Eastern Star, the Mt. Washington Masonic Lodge, the Ararat Shrine Temple and various camping clubs in the area. He was of the Methodist faith and had attended Christ United Methodist Church and the Oak Grove United Methodist Church. Howard was preceded in death by his wife, Lelia Troutman, a son, John Robert Troutman and two grandsons, Justin Beach Troutman and Thomas Neal Troutman, Jr. He is survived by three sons, Thomas Troutman and wife Judith of Los Angles, CA., Terry Troutman and wife Nita of Chicago, IL and Jerry Troutman and wife Karen of Kansas City, MO. One brother, Kenneth Troutman and wife Maxine of Lenexa, KS, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Alma and Roy Wyke of Carnegie, PA.
