Andrea Tuhy

Andrea “Andie” Kathryn Tuhy, 29, of Independence, MO, passed away May 4, 2011. A memorial service will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO. A visitation will follow from 5-7:00 p.m. at the chapel. Andrea was born October 18, 1981 in Independence, MO to Stephen and Kathy Tuhy. She is survived by one daughter, Victoria Denny, 12 years old; twin sons, Brian and Tyler Lackey, 6 years old; her parents, Stephen and Kathy Tuhy; sister, Donna Todd; nephews; nieces; cousins; aunts; uncles; and paternal grandparents, Cyrill and Virginia Tuhy, Tucson, AZ. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Dave and Hughnell Mullendore. We will miss our beloved mother, daughter, sister and granddaughter more than words can say.
