Jeffery E. “Jeff” Tyler, of Buckner, MO passed away far too soon on Monday, May 2, 2022. He was 64.
Jeff was born on May 12, 1957, in Independence, MO to Harlan C. and Loetta L. (Stephens) Tyler. He graduated from William Chrisman High School in 1976. He went on to have a successful career in the trucking industry as a truck driver. On May 23, 1987, he married Susan Kochaver and together they made a house a home, raising two beautiful children. Jeff was also a long-time member of the Community of Christ Church.
Jeff is preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Pricilla Tyler and April Tyler; sister-in-law, Peggy Tyler; and dear friend, Carl McDonald. He leaves behind his wife of nearly 35 years, Susan; his son, Alex Tyler and daughter, Amanda Tyler, along with her fiancé, Aaron Tank; brother, Stephen Tyler; cousin and friend Don Perrin, Jr. “Buddy”; and friend, Jim McDonald; as well as his beloved dog, Bandit.
