Linda Dianne Wahl, 59, Independence, MO passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2010 surrounded by her family.
Celebration of Linda’s life will be 10:00 AM Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St. Independence, MO. Burial to follow at Lobb Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
Linda was born March 15, 1950 in Monroe, LA, the daughter of Nathan Clarence and Eva Lee (Gates) Roberts. She was a successful owner and operator of multiple investment properties throughout the Kansas City Metro area for over 30 years. Linda enjoyed painting and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Charlotte Dorathy and her parents.
Survivors in her husband, Bruce A. Wahl; sons, Timothy A. Wahl and his fiancé Dorothy Duffy of Kansas City; Daniel K. Wahl and his wife Sonya of Independence; grandchildren, Trenton, Colton and August; sisters, Billie Jean Rice and her husband Jim of Independence; Brenda Templin of Liberty; and brother, Nathan Gaylord Roberts and his wife Dot of Monroe, LA.
