Jeanne Wahrenbrock

Jeanne Wahrenbrock, 69, of Independence, MO passed away March 1, 2013. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, at the chapel. Burial will take place at 2:30 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery in Corder, MO. Jeanne was born October 24, 1943 in Southern Pines, NC. She was an active member of many church and civic organizations, including Stone Church Williamsburg Festival & Building Committee and the Coalition of Women Helping Children with the Community Service League. She was also a member of the Independence Young Matrons. Jeanne was preceded in death by her father, Harold Bachman. She is survived by her husband, Gerry Wahrenbrock; children, Shelli Ray, Kim Storey, Chris Wahrenbrock and Amie Savage; mother, Lucille Punchard of Southern Pines, NC; brother, Lawrence Punchard of Carthage, NC; sister, Francis Pitts of Bishop, GA; 10 grandchildren; and a host of friends. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Stone Church Endowment Fund or Kansas City Hospice.
