Madilene Mary Waterfield, 88, Independence, MO passed away January 16, 2010 at St. Luke’s East.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, January 18, 2010 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St. Independence, MO. Burial to follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggestions to 39th Street Church of Christ; 15331 E. 39th St. Independence, MO 64055.
Madilene was born March 3, 1921 in Salem, AR the daughter of Walter and Alma K. (Fields) Sanders.
Survivors include her stepson, Lee Waterfield; sister, Faye Main; nephew, Jim Sanders; Lynn Newill; Amy Kemper and many loved ones.
