Rulon E. Watters, 87, of Independence, MO passed away August 3, 2015. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, at Woodlawn Cemetery. Rulon was born October 30, 1927 in Kansas City, MO to Eugene and Frieda (Walthard) Watters. He graduated from William Chrisman High School. Rulon is survived by his sister, Bessie Fay Jensen; brother, Alvin Watters; and several nieces and nephews.
