Howard J. “Jerry” Welch, 58, Liberty, MO passed away Oct. 4, 2008. Services will be private.
Jerry was born Nov. 16, 1949. He grew up in Independence and graduated from Van Horn High School in 1967. He then earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri in 1971. Jerry enjoyed all kinds of music, reading and politics.
Jerry is survived by his sister Susan C. Ruble and husband E.L., Lee’s Summit, MO; brother Mark C. Welch, Towson, MD; niece Michele Roberts, Lee’s Summit MO; nephews Michael Rooney, Overland Park, KS; Lance Rooney, Lee’s Summit, MO; and five great-nieces and three great-nephews.
