Alice Mae (Hunt) White of Independence, Mo passed away November 8, 2015.
The funeral will be at Fairmount Christian Church of Independence on Friday, November 13th at 1:00pm, with visitation from 11-1pm. Burial will be at Mound Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. White, age 92, was born April 3, 1923 in Bonner Springs KS. She resided in Independence, MO since 1950 with her husband of 42 years. She was a member of Fairmount Christian Church since 1978 and a member of the Joy Bell Choir and Adult Choir. She was a member of the Pythian Sisters of Independence #150.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold White in August 1992, a son, Ronald L. Nelson, May 1999, a sister, Alberta Gates, and a brother George L. Hunt Sr. She leaves behind a step daughter, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
