Bobby Lee “Bob” White, 69 of Raytown, MO passed away Thursday, November 3, 2011 at his residence after battling a series of health challenges for many years. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 7, 2011 at the Lee’s Summit Historical Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Sunday at the Speaks Suburban Chapel 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Bob was born November 28, 1941 in Bryon, AR to Owlen and Lucille (Spence) White. He had worked for several years in shipping and receiving for Montgomery Wards before he retired. Bob was known for his unique sense of humor and he loved to travel and to fish; but most of all, he loved his family and will be missed deeply. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sandra White; 3 sons, Matt Burns, Tom White and Mike White; 2 brothers, Charles White and Jerry White; a sister, Judy Rowland; 3 grandchildren, Chelsea, Zane and Tara and 1 great grandson, Leon Blaze.
