Ronald Dean Wickham, 62, Sugar Creek, MO passed away Tuesday, October 06, 2009 at Kansas City Hospice House.
Entombment will be 11:30 AM Saturday, October 10, 2009 at the Mound Grove Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 AM Saturday at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St. Independence, MO.
Ron was born January 24, 1947 in Parsons, KS the son of Bill and Georgia (Callahan) Wickham. He married Lois Stanley in March of 1967; together they had one son, Matthew Steven Wickham.
He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; and younger sister, Dianna Lynn.
He is survived by his significant other of 18 years, Janice Hohenberg of Sugar Creek, MO; son Steve Wickham and his girlfriend, Tina Davis of Lyndon, KS; brother, Sonny Wickham and his wife Kathy of Garnett, KS. Three step children, Denise Alt, and Sherry Alt both of Lee’s Summit, MO; Mike Hohenberg and his wife Sophia of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Nine grandchildren, Kristen Wickham Goodwin and husband Jason, Jesse Thompson, Dexter Wickham, Josh, Tami, Marcel and Charlie Alt and Devin Davis.
