Claudia J. Wilcox (Brainard)

Claudia Wilcox 61 of Independence passed away Thursday April 16, 2015 at her home. A memorial Visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the Speaks Buckner Chapel, 300 Adams, Buckner, MO. Mrs. Wilcox was born on Oct 3, 1953 in Aviano, Italy to Glenn and Betty (Bohan) Brainard. She married James Wilcox in 1973 and preceded her in death in 2012. Mrs. Wilcox was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and doing photography. She is survived by a son, Tim Wilcox and wife Rhonda, a daughter, Alison McGill and husband Brad, 7 grandchildren and two brothers, Glenn Brainard Jr. and Chris Brainard.
