Joanne Elaine Wild-Fisher, of Independence, MO passed away far too soon on Monday, December 12, 2022. She was 57.
Joanne was born September 20, 1965, in Kansas City, MO. She attended Van Horn High School in Independence, MO. Joanne loved gardening, reading, bowling, camping, wine tasting, motorcycle rides and animals of all kinds. She loved to laugh and was the life of every party. Joanne will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved her.
Joanne is survived by her love and best friend of 15 years, Gerald Fisher; her mother, Betty Wild; children, Alyssia (Alex) Jones, Bryttani (Jamie) Fanning, Jeremy Cochran, George Cochran IV, Kristi (Will) Kinser, Bryan (Dana) Fisher, Patrick (Racheal) Fisher, Kathryn (Sam) Whetstone, and Sara Hoeschele; 15 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brothers, Matthew (Jennifer) Wild and Mark (Francine) Wild; many aunts, uncles and cousins and countless friends. Joanne is preceded in death by her father, Barney Wild.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Contributions may be made in Joanne’s honor to Wayside Waifs.
