Robert D. Willbanks, 55, Independence, MO passed away Thursday, May 17, 2007. Services will be 10 am, Monday, May 21, 2007 at Speaks Buckner Chapel; cremation. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Sunday at the funeral home.
Bob was born Feb. 12 1952 in Fayette, MO and was one of sixteen children. He grew up in Buckner, MO. He worked at the Aquila Power Plant in Sibley for over 30 years where he was known as Wilbur. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.
Bob is survived by his daughter Robyn Willbanks, Buckner, MO; many brothers and sisters; the Prall family; his best friend, Bill Crust and his family �" wife Cindy and daughter Tonya, Blue Springs, MO; and all of his many friends at the plant.
