Jerry was born Jan. 31, 1922 in Louisburg, KS to Johanna C. and John F. O’Connor, Sr. who preceded her in death.
Jerry resided in Missouri most of her life but never stopped rooting for her favorite Kansas sports teams and the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame. She will be held dear in the hearts of all who knew her. She retired after thirty years at Wolferman’s in Kansas City and was a member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church and as active member of St. Jude’s Altar Society. Jerry was always kind and will forever be remembered for the twinkle in her Irish blue eyes. We pray that her soul may already be in Heaven where she joins her mother, father, husband, sister and brother.
Jerry was married fifty-one years to her only love, Bernard Williams, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Marie Williams of Denton, TX. Jerry took great pride in her four beautiful grandchildren and five great-grandchildren who will all miss her dearly: Brenda Williams, Sherri Williams, Michelle Holloway, her husband Dan and their children Morgan, Landon and Ashton; Stacie Campbell her husband Eric and their daughters Jacqueline and Cecelia. Jerry will also be missed by her sister and best friend Patricia Weber and her husband Bill; lovely sister-in-law Mary O’Connor; her very dear cousin Mary Seck and numerous nieces and nephews. Her sister Rita Mahan and brother John F. O’Connor, Jr. preceded her in death earlier this year.
