Roy Keith Winkler

Roy K. Winkler, 84, of Independence, MO passed away March 31, 2015. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 1-2 pm, followed by funeral services at 2 pm at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Burial will take place in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Roy was born on October 9, 1930 in Kansas City, Kansas to Earl and Josephine (Yates) Winkler. He attended Northeast High School and was a member of the Army Reserve. Roy was a proud member of the IBEW, retiring from Owens-Corning. Survivors include; his loving wife of over 65 years, Carmonell Winkler; sons Dennis Winkler (Linda), and Mike Winkler (Linette); numerous grand and great grandchildren.
