Loletta E. Winter, 94, Independence, MO passed away Jan. 4, 2010. Services will be 2 pm, Friday, Jan. 8, 2010 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th Street, Independence, MO 64055; interment at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 6 �" 8 pm, Thursday at the funeral home.
Loletta was born Jan. 22, 1915 in Purcell, MO. She lived in Independence most of her life and enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, embroidery, crocheting, bowling, playing her organ and the Royals and the Chiefs. She also enjoyed Dixieland music.
Loletta was preceded in death by her husband Wilburn Winter, and brothers Luther Martin, Jr. and Arch Martin. She is survived by daughter June Honeycutt, Independence, MO; grandchildren Debi Emry and husband Larry, Oak Grove, MO; Dennis Honeycutt; Dan Honeycutt, both of Independence, MO; great-grandchildren Alisha Emry, Oak Grove, MO; Tiffany Boll, Independence, MO; Micheal Honeycutt, Kansas City, MO; Craig Emry, Oak Grove, MO; Sarah Honeycutt, West Palm Beach, FL; Daniel Honeycutt, Jr., Concord, GA; B.J. Honeycutt, Blue Springs, MO; Abby Honeycutt, Riverside, MO; and several great-great-grandchildren..
