Roger William Worley

Roger Worley, 66, of Independence, MO passed away October 22, 2015 at his home. A visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. followed by a 6:30 p.m. memorial service on Monday, October 26, at the Church of the Nazarene in Independence, MO. Contributions may be made in Roger’s memory to Crossroads Hospice. Roger was born August 31, 1949 in Brodhead, WI. Roger had a love for music, and was a member of the Music Praise Team at the Church of the Nazarene in Independence, MO. Previously, Roger had resided in Quartz Hill, CA, where, as his hobby he rebuilt classic cars. For the past 18 years, Roger was employed by Binswanger Glass in Independence, MO. He was preceded in death by his mother, Isabella Worley; and brother, Jerry Worley. Roger is survived by his wife, Judy Weissenbach-Worley; son, Roger Worley Jr. and wife Shannon; stepsons, Michael and Ryan Weissenbach; grandchildren, Chance and Chanel Worley, Ashla and Sydney Weissenbach; brother, Walter Worley and wife Marlys; sister, Susan Crawford; and several nieces and nephews.
