Jerry Dean Yale

Jerry Dean Yale, of Independence, MO, passed away on Monday, October 19th, 2020. He was 83. Jerry was born in Independence, MO. on September 3, 1937 to Leroy and Thelma Yale. He proudly served in the US Army for 4 years then spent most of his life working for Allis Chalmers as a painter. He was able to retire in his mid 50’s. Jerry then spent the rest of his days doing what he loved, going on adventures with his best friend and inseparable companion, his wife Joel Ann. Las Vegas was one of his personal favorite places to visit because he loved the thrill of the casinos. Jerry treasured his family most of all though and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his loving wife Joel Ann; daughters, Jerry Lynn Garrison and husband, Benny of Independence, MO, Joanna Hollis of Sugar Creek, MO, Jennifer Lewis and husband, Neil of Raytown, MO; 7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
