Zaylen Anthony Striplin-Hooks

Zaylen Anthony Striplin Hooks passed away after two months of life. Though brief, Zaylen's time on this earth was filled with love and meaning, leaving an everlasting imprint on the hearts of family and loved ones.

Born to Dajae Striplin and ADarrius Hooks, Zaylen was deeply Cherished from the moment of birth. His presence, though short, brought profound joy, love, and hope to those blessed to know him.

Zaylen is survived by his loving parents, Dajae Striplin and ADarrius Hooks; his brother Amorey Striplin; grandparents Brandy Striplin, Andrea Reliford Hooks and Derrick Hooks (Diana); great-grandmothers, Joanna Green, Doris Reliford and Brenda Hooks; great-grandfather Reginald Green; and great aunt Deborah Miller. Zaylen is also lovingly remembered by aunts and uncles, Tyler Striplin, Landon Ayers, Jasmine Barton, Ginger Striplin, David Striplin Jr., Kim Striplin, Calvin Reliford, Kevin Reliford, Kevin Hooks, Jeffery Hooks, JoAnn Reliford, Gloria Hill, Sharron Reliford, Telisha Fields, Derrick Hooks Jr., Delante Standley, Kandise Fields, and Telecia Hooks; as well as cousins Carter Striplin and Naomi Striplin, and a host of loving family members. 

Zaylen was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Solomon Hooks and West T. Reliford.
