Linda Arlene Zimmerman (Burton)

Linda A. Zimmerman, 69, of Holden, MO passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016. A visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00am Monday, February 15th at Speaks Suburban Chapel, Independence. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday at Brasher Cemetery near Jerico Springs, in Cedar County, MO.
Linda was born September 27th 1946 in St. Louis, MO to Lester and Myrtle (Cox) Burton. She graduated from William Chrisman High School. She married Gary Zimmerman and together they had a daughter, Sarah. Linda worked in the Avon headquarters office in Kansas City. She also enjoyed needlepoint and reading. Linda is loved and will be missed.
Survivors include husband, Gary of the home; daughter, Sara Zimmerman of Raytown, MO; sisters, Connie Reneau (David) of Independence, MO; Judy Miller (Terry) of Kansas City, MO; Reba Cerra (Joe) of Lee’s Summit, MO; Cheryl Wooldridge of Carthage, MO; and Anita Ogle (Terry) of Independence, MO; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and friends.
